Our Franklin County Stout undergoes a beautiful transformation in this barrel-aged project. A robust malt foundation that layers deep coffee, dark chocolate and roasted barley notes is built upon with oysters that add a unique salinity while chipotle and poblano peppers contribute subtle heat. All of these complexities are deepened and transformed by a year of aging in bourbon barrels where nature perfectly blends notes of vanilla, dark cherry, molasses and oak.
