The Beachcomber: “The Great Pumpkins”

We love T-day. We love that this is a holiday that celebrates both gratitude and gluttony, and we revel in both. As always, we’re planning a glorious feast, complete with a slow-roasted, brined bird and decadent fixings primarily consisting of carbs, more carbs, butter and more butter. But this year we’re going to shake things up by replacing wine with— what else?—beer. And, in keeping with the season, we’re going pumpkin all the way. Read more...
